Ashtanga yoga has been an integral part of my personal and professional life since 2004.  There are palpable physical gains that come from practicing yoga as well as emotional, mental and spiritual benefits.  The flexibility and strength gains with yoga are vital to maintaining healthy, pain-free daily living.

With yoga, your posture and breathing will improve as does your stamina and endurance for a workday.  Simultaneously, you become more emotionally and mentally grounded with significantly less internal turmoil.  Yoga will unassumingly promote a healthier diet, a more positive attitude and greater passion for you life. Yoga also does wonders for your golf swing, pedal stroke and running stride.
